Following an engineering degree, Jeff started his career in Oil and Gas Exploration. Subsequently, he completed an MBA at the London Business School and then ran a division for pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories where he was responsible for taking the division into the consumer market, achieving record sales. Jeff then started a management consultancy and has been a strategy advisor for over 30 years. During this time, he was also cofounder and an executive director of two engineering companies for over 25 years. For the past 16 years, Jeff has also been an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, providing lectures, seminars and workshops and bringing practical solutions and real-world experience combined with academic rigour to executives. He is also Programme Director for The Strategy Programme, uniquely developing and promoting strategy as a leadership tool. An experienced advisor, lecturer, facilitator, speaker and designer of learning programmes, specialising in business strategy development and implementation, Jeff has been involved in over 160 projects in more than 50 countries. Jeff recently completed his doctorate where he researched the effect of business goal setting on organisational performance.

Helena designs and runs global leadership programmes to deliver powerful learning and meaningful change in an organisation. An example of a current project is an ‘accelerator’ programme for 100 young high potential managers in a global consulting firm. In this work, she balances a range of roles including relationship management as well as teaching sessions on strategic thinking, change and leadership and personal effectiveness. She is committed to her own learning and growth — personally and professionally — and always seeks to bring the best of that to her clients. Helena also works as a coach and is fiercely committed to straight talking and candour as well as compassion and support.

Mark works with a range of organisations supporting people to operate at their best and organisations to create the conditions for people to grow. His expertise lies both in Executive Coaching and in organisational development. He manages several large-scale international programmes with corporate and not for profit clients in the areas of culture change and leadership development. Mark has strong international leadership experience from managing global virtual teams across the EMEA, the USA and Asia. He is presently leading projects in India, Mexico, the UK and Spain.
An absolute advocate for the “best self” approach, Mark in recent years has challenged himself to apply his own unique skills to different fields. In 2021 his photo book, Faces of Mallorca will be released and he currently works as a travel presenter for an internationally syndicated US Travel show. Mark has also been working with a range of female leaders in the Being Seen project; enabling people to connect with themselves using coaching and photography. Mark believes that if we truly harness our unique strengths then it is possible to do things we never thought possible.
