Following an engineering degree, Jeff started his career in Oil and Gas Exploration. Subsequently, he completed an MBA at the London Business School and then ran a division for pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories where he was responsible for taking the division into the consumer market, achieving record sales. Jeff then started a management consultancy and has been a strategy advisor for over 30 years. During this time, he was also cofounder and an executive director of two engineering companies for over 25 years. For the past 16 years, Jeff has also been an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, providing lectures, seminars and workshops and bringing practical solutions and real-world experience combined with academic rigour to executives. He is also Programme Director for The Strategy Programme, uniquely developing and promoting strategy as a leadership tool. An experienced advisor, lecturer, facilitator, speaker and designer of learning programmes, specialising in business strategy development and implementation, Jeff has been involved in over 160 projects in more than 50 countries. Jeff recently completed his doctorate where he researched the effect of business goal setting on organisational performance.

Helena designs and runs global leadership programmes to deliver powerful learning and meaningful change in an organisation. An example of a current project is the leadership development for the Top 300 global leaders in a blue chip organisation, which is in its third year. In this work, she balances a range of roles including relationship management as well as teaching sessions on strategic thinking, change and leadership and personal effectiveness.
