Andrew George is an executive coach who works with experienced and new leaders to help them develop their potential and become inspirational leaders. He uses a solutions focussed approach, with a strong emphasis on the purpose of the leader, to help people achieve their goals.
He has an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change from Henley Business School and a Senior Practitioner of the EMCC. He brings a questioning and analytical approach to his coaching, to help his clients see things in a new light.
Andrew has a background in universities (as Deputy Vice Chancellor at Brunel University and Professor of Immunology at Imperial College London). He has held university leadership roles in education, research and international partnerships.
He is currently co-chair of the UK Committee on Research Integrity and holds non-executive roles on the Health Research Authority and the workforce, training and education committee of NHS England. He is also chair of the local adult education college and a private business college. He was awarded an MBE for his work in research ethics.

Dr. Naeema Pasha is a leading expert in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) leadership. As a Behavioural Scientist she focusses on implementing sustainable strategies that focus on ‘de-biasing systems than people’. This approach enables orgnisations to work more collaboratively in EDI and so move toward growth – especially as part of an ESG plan.
As Director of EDI, Future of Work and Careers in Henley Business School she led The Equity Effect research project on Race Equity in UK businesses. Naeema created major changes in the EDI landscape which influenced British business and policy as she presented her work to UK Parliament. Her wider research and consulting also include AI adoption and workplaces, GenZ and Four-Day Week.
Naeema has written and spoken extensively for publications such as BBC Worklife, Forbes and People Management Magazine on transformations in workplaces. She is co-author of Futureproof Your Career: How to Lead and Succeed in a Changing World addressing these key issues; diversity, technologies and societal impacts, including the impact of the pandemic.
She was named as one of the Ifpc-online Top 50 Worldwide Influencers on AI Ethics in and placed 11th in the Global Top Thinkers list by HR Magazine. She is also Principal Practitioner with the Association of Business Psychologists

Prof. Susan Rose is a coach, academic and educator with significant experience as a senior leader in the HE Sector. Susan supports the development of leaders and academics via 1-2-1 coaching and through the facilitation of developmental programmes. Whilst coaching a diverse range of clients, Susan’s particular interest is working with mid to senior level women to support the development of leadership skills and the achievement of career progression.
Susan’s experience comes from a long and successful academic career at Henley Business School where she became one of only a few senior female leaders. Her experience included setting up and leading a new campus operation in SE Asia. As a consequence, she has significant experience of the higher education sector including the design and delivery of facilitated learning for management and leadership development as well as the leadership of academic and administrative teams.
Susan holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and is ICF accredited. She adopts a solutions-focused approach with clients. Her coaching creates a safe and energising space that enables her clients to set goals, recognise the dynamics within the system in which they operate and move forward towards achievement.

Following a 30-year career leading, developing and managing large teams in higher education fundraising, spanning two continents and three world-leading universities, Sarah became a full-time coach in 2021.
Sarah specialises in working with leaders and emerging leaders and their teams, with a focus on mission-driven organisations.
As a leader, Sarah developed a coaching approach to management over many years, honing her listening and questioning skills. Sarah’s greatest sense of achievement came from supporting team members in their personal and professional growth, and seeing them move on and up in their careers.
Qualifying as a coach, through the triple-accredited Henley Business School's professional certificate in coaching, in 2019, Sarah completed the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change in 2021. Her practice is underpinned by the growing coaching evidence base, and she continues to learn every day! Sarah is accredited as a senior practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Steve is an experienced Higher Education leader, learning designer, facilitator and coach with a passion for helping individuals and organisations achieve their goals. Steve’s career in HE followed a path from lecturer through to his most recent full time senior management role as Head of Executive Education at Henley Business School, where he was part of the Senior Management Team and led a large professional service team delivering world-class leadership development programmes.
Steve now works as a freelance executive coach, consultant and learning facilitator, with clients including King’s College London, the Chartered Association of Business Schools, the UK Atomic Energy Authority and Barclays Bank. At King’s, Steve has designed and delivered innovative programmes for College staff, including programmes for Emerging Leaders, Strategic Leaders and Academic Heads of Department.
